Return to Monkey Island is an unexpected, thrilling return of series Creator Ron Gilbert that continues the tale of the legendary adventure game The Secret of Monkey Island as well as Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge made in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.

It’s been many years when Guybrush Threepwood was last locked in a war of words with his nemesis, the Zombie pirate LeChuck. Guybrush’s love for Elaine Marley has turned his interest away from his government. Guybrush is feeling unfulfilled, and lost, having not discovered an answer to his Secret of Monkey Island. Young, hip pirates headed by Captain Madison have eliminated the old guard from power, Melee Island has taken a change in direction, and renowned businessman Stan has been imprisoned for “marketing-related offenses”.

Enjoy a chat with your old pals and new ones in familiar locales which are under the control of a dangerous new leader. After that, head to the high seas and explore the unknown and new as you work your way through difficult situations. Brilliant puzzles, bizarre circumstances and devastating counter-attacks will be all that stands between Guybrush and glory.
